Shahdil, the stage 1 cutoff varies every year depending on the level of question paper, performance of appearing candidates and previous years' trends. The official cutoff will be released by SCERT tentatively in the last week of January 2020 on their official website: scert.cg.gov.in

Last year in 2019, the stage 1 cutoff for UR category was 129 while in 2018, it was 117 marks out of 200. The expected cutoff for this year is supposed to be around 129 to 139 marks. Although you have a chance for selection in case the actual cutoff drops like in 2018. Also, please note that you must clear the qualifying marks for both sections, which is 40% marks for both MAT and SAT.
