• SC/ST/OBC-PH: 121-108(corresponding to 45 percentile)

Hence, if you're general with 128 marks you haven't qualified NEET, in case you have reservation then only you have just qualified NEET, and getting chances in GMC or even government quota in private medical colleges is quite tough, you may have option of management quota which you can try,
