with this mark ,you have extremely low chances of getting a bsms government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into these courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
You have not scored enough to get a government seat for bsms course.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
