Dear aspirant,
Admissions in medical colleges highly depend on factors like your Category, State Quota, etc. besides NEET marks.
With 300 score in NEET 2019, your rank could be around 160000-170000.
Unfortunately, this rank is not enough to secure a seat in any of the MBBS or BDS offering government medical colleges in India because of high cutoffs and tough competition.
You could try and maybe get a seat in some Private (Self-financing) medical colleges in India as their cutoffs are relatively lower than government medical colleges but they demand large amounts of donation fees.
