1. Number of seats available.

2. Difficulty level of the exam.

3. Number of students appeared in the exam.

4. Caste Category of the students.

It is difficult to get seat in Sindhudurg Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Medical College and Lifetime Hospital, Sindhudurg based on previous year's cut-offs because previous year's NEET UG cut-offs is 520 for General Category candidates.
