I have scored 53.97 in TANCET Exam M.E(ECE).Can I get seat in CEG??

Greetings Priya,
Well if you are not a General category student then yes you can get a seat in CEG campus, but if you are General then the colleges you might get except CEG are:
1.SSN, Chennai
2.St. Joseph College of Engineering, Chennai
3.Vellamal College of Engineering, Chennai
4.Sri Krishna College of Engineering, Coimbatore
5.Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore Mepco, 6.Sivakasi Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai Sri 7.Venkateswara College of Engineering, Chennai

Is there any chance for getting seat in MIT??

As I stated that your marks will fetch you MIT but only if you are not General. But I am not totally ruling out the option You might get MIT.It is now totally depending on Counselling and Luck..
