I have scored 61% in board can i apply for medical seat in tn

You have got 61% in board exams congrats for that. But you should first clear the NEET exam. For medical it is the qualifying exam and the medical seats are given based on your NEET marks only not on your board exam so prepare for NEET.

Dear Franklin, if you meant for NEET, if you bellong to General Categor and if you have score 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you are eligible for appearing in NEET. It's 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC. Now to be eligible for a Medical seat in Tamilnadu. you should qualify in NEET based on your Category. Say, if you belong to General Category and the highest score in NEET this year is 500, you should score 50% which is 25. Then you will be qualified. But again not every qualified candidate gets a Medical seat. So you need to score more than 550 for getting a Medical seat in Tamilnadu under State Eligibility quota.
