I have scored 65% in 2nd puc which are all the Enginnering colleges seats available for me

Hello Aspirant,
There's no need to pay again and again for the next round in the same course of study. If you're allotted a seat or not It is not a matter of fact. You may attend In the next round of counselling without paying any fees for the next round again. Even You have allotted a seat or not in the prior round. So take it easy and go for the next round at ease.
