I have scored 72% for my 12th board exams and for jee paper 2 I have scored 148 with a rank of 19585. can I get admission in an NIT?

No you need atleast 75 percent

but Sir...when I checked in some NITs it was given that the overall percentage was just 60 and 50% alone in mathematics...
