I have scored 75k rank in TS EAMCET-2019, even after my intense HARDWORK. Will i Get any seat or shiuld wait again an Year ?

You don't have to wait for another year. You will get a seat in an Engineering College but they might not be top-notch. CSE might be a difficult stream to get but definitely, other streams are available. Wait for a couple of rounds of counseling. I am sure you will get into a college. Stay focused.

hello aspirant. don't waste a year to get a better rank because you will face a lot more difficulties in the drop period. yes, you can get average engineering colleges like Abdul Kalam Institute of technology and science, Arjun college of technology and science, Ashoka Institute of engineering and technology, auroras engineering college,avn institute of engineering and technology and many more colleges. all the best.
