Your CAT score is too poor, at this score that colleges you can get, that ones are not worth it to do MBA. But your MHCET percentile is up to the mark. So I would suggest to college according to your MHCET percentile.

MAEER'S MIT school of management
Zagdu Singh charitable Trusts thakur institute of management studies & research
As you mentioned in the description of welinker & dalmia ; you can't get those colleges at this parcentile. It's cutoffs was 97 & 95 percentile.
