I have scored 86.25 percentile from general category in paper 2 jee mains 2019 and I'm confused. That am I qualified or not?

There are generally two cutoffs. One is qualification cutoff and the other is admission cutoff.
For qualifying JEE Mains paper 2, one needs to score over 75th percentile according to NTA guidelines. As you have scored 86.25 percentile, you have qualified the examination.
