I have scored 86.37 in jee mains Jan 2019 and 81.37 in April 2019 .final score is 86.37 Is there any chance for admission in any NIIT india

First of all im assuming that you meant NIT (National institute of technology) and not NIIT. Also, the jee main cutoff was 89 for this year. So the cutoffs for iits and nits would be obviously more than that so you have no chance here.
