Sorry to tell you, but with this rank, you won't be able to get any college let alone in NITs because the last rank getting admission in almost all B.Arch colleges participating in JoSAA is around 2-3k.
It can go maximum go up to 5-6k if you have any quota but since you are a general candidate so chances are almost nil.

You can not get the nit with this much score of 90 percentile through jee mains in paper 2 examination.
