I have scored 95.12 in mains and 99.4 in board exam do Ihave any chance to get admission in DAIICT and NIIT colleges

As your percentile is 95.12 you rank would be around 52K and at this rank you can get DAIICT.
Sorry but you can't get DAIICT with this rank
Last year cut off was
Hons. in ICT with Minor in Computational Sciences (CS) 5409
Information and Communication Technology 12006
So as you can see you don't lie in closing rank.
But you can sure GET NIIT at this rank.
