Though the cutoff varies every year but with your common merit rank your chances of getting B.FTech in any NIFT is tough. The maximum closing rank for general for B.FTech in NIFT Kangra in 2016 was 523 .
Some of the other NIFTs along with their previous years cutoffs:
- Kannur- 881
- Patna- 721
- Bhubaneswar- 688
- Jodhpur- 582
- Chennai- 575
