As your percentile in JEE mains are 88.55.it's a very good score and if talk about your CRL rank to get a NIT college wtih this rank is not possible,as NIT required your rank should be under 1 lakh with any category.but yes there are chances of getting a good goverment college also with CSE branch,so you can apply for that with rank.
