I'm sorry to inform you but with such a low score, it's quite impossible to get any government college.
You can join other private universities such as bits,manipal,srm,vit If you have given their entrance exams. Or if you have given state level exams like mht-cet, upsee, wbjee you can get government colleges with that score.
