If you are a general Category student unfortunately you have not ckeared JEE Mains 2019 cutoff so which means you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 and JEE Advanced 2019. You can predict your college with careers360 college predictor on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains 2019.
