i have scored less than 75% in pcm in 2022 cbse board is jee 75% criteria still there if i take drop?

JEE Criteria for mains is that you have to pass 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. However if you want to take admissions in IIT or NIT you should have scored more than 75%.
If you still want to take a drop to improve then you may but if you score good marks/rank in JEE you can land good government/private college all over india.
