Well based on the cutoffs of previous years, you can get CSE in:-

• KLR COLLEGE OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY PALONCHA
• LAQSHYA INST OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCES
• NIGAMA ENGINEERING COLLEGE

You can visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ts-eamcet-cutoff to get information regarding the branchwise cutoffs of colleges in the previous years and shortlist the colleges where you can get your preferred branch with your rank. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

Sorry to say but with this rank in TS EAMCET , your chances are low for CSE seat as the cutoffs for CSE usually remain less than 10k for good government colleges and for a general category candidate. Yes , but if you belong to SC/ST category , then you can have some chances to get a CSE seat. But even though , you will not have the chances for good government colleges.
