Yes you can get good A grade private college across India easily but for government college it looks not that easy. Still you can wait till 7 th round of counselling. For private college you can contact kalinga institute of industrial technology(KIIT Bhubeneshwar) , Lovely proffesional university, PES unversity, Nirma university, Manipal University.

All Government colleges selects students based on their rank/marks.So there are no other options left except ,either you have to opt for a good private colleges or else give a year, prepare yourself for the competition, study hard and you will definitely get admissions into Govt colleges.
