i have secured 21169 (OBC- NCL) which is the best college i will get into, if i choose chemical engineering as my stream ?

you may get a good college just keep on applying for more and more no of rounds and if you dont get chemical choose any branch whatever you are getting as after a year if you maintain around 9 cgpa you can change branch in second year and i think that you will get the good college and chemical engineering and do checkout the cutoff list given below
