I have secured 56% in 12 th hsc examination overall..but I have 41% in pcm... I have 65 marks in CET (pcm)... can I get admission for engi.

With this percentage I feel your foundation is not good for engineering Programme. And later stage of Placement if you did engineering from any average college you will faces issues for the jobs and you have to compromise with the salary too.
Think before enter into engineering domain and check your caliber only having a Engineer tag name won't give success.
