I have secured 60 normalized score in TANCET 2019 in MTech.What are my chances in getting admission in top colleges affiliated to Anna Univ?

Yes, you will be able to get admission in top colleges of Anna University in Mtech with this score in tancet. You have scored a descent marks. Last year cutoff was nearly 45 for OBC category and 55 for general category so you might get it easily.
