I have secured 70 % (percentile) can I expect a NIT seat being a general pwd candidate

Sir ,we already given answers for this question sir until we know the highest marks in exams we can't confirm that you can get nit or iit because percentile is different it is based on highest score so wait for qualifying marks attempt april exam also for better understanding and good marks
