I have secured 77percentile can I get a better college please suggest me

It would be difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities or qualifying cutoff based on your percentile. As per the previous year data, The chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile as general category.

You can go for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again & score well.

I think you are asking about JEE mains exam scores. Based on cut off marks, your marks are good, if you belong to categories other than general category. Because as a general category student, you should get around 90 marks. Every time cut off marks will vary based on state reservation policies also.
