I have secured 83 percentile in jee mains sc category and qualified in advanced with 2794 sc rank what are my chances

Hello,
As you are from SC with this percentile in JEE mains and with this rank in JEE advanced you can definitely get an NIT.So,you should definitely apply for the admission in any NIT.Also if your percentage are very good in 12th board ,then you can apply for IIT also.
