Dear Aspirant,
At such low percentile you cannot expect any good college. Do not use this low percentile as backup. Try your best to get at least 95 percentile in the coming attempt in July. To get any decent NIT or other college you have to have a minimum 95 percentile.
You should not join any lower college without considering the important factors like placements, faculties, etc.
