thanks for asking your query as per your percentile in jee mains 2019 you would have secured cml rank between 2 lakh to 3lakh and category rank of 25000 to 35000 therefore chances of getting good college through this performance is very less but as you have domicile of bihar then you should look for bihar colleges like mit,bit etc
