With 92 percentile in JEE mains, you would have a rank near 65k to 70k. Even if you have a domicile, then also there are no chances of getting any core branch at Sgsits.
The only options that you are left with at Sgsits are Industrial and Biomedical engineering.
If you don't want to pursue that you can look for other good engineering colleges and there are good chances that you would get some.

Since you have not told your rank I am assuming it to be aprox 80k. Last year closing rank for the college was 86044 for biomedical engineering. So you have chances to get the college. But if you have rank more than 85k then your chaces is low. These data were of round 2.
