I have secured 92 percentile in jee mains can i get sgsits (i have home state quota)

With 92 percentile in JEE mains, you would have a rank near 65k to 70k. Even if you have a domicile, then also there are no chances of getting any core branch at Sgsits.
The only options that you are left with at Sgsits are Industrial and Biomedical engineering.
If you don't want to pursue that you can look for other good engineering colleges and there are good chances that you would get some.
