I have secured 98.10percentile... I know ihave another chance in April but if I don't give it will my rank be secured as I want civil in raj

It's okay if you don't want to give the other exam for Mains in April but there's can be no guarantee about you rank. After the normalisation process by NTA, you rank can definitely change. The prediction of the ranks that are being made are for one Mains exam only.
