i have selected the name of university and subjects but not submitted the application,can i now change the subject and university?

Which entrance test or university are you enquiring about?

If there is provision of modification regarding course, then you can go ahead, if there is not, then as you haven't made the payment, you can consider applying another application for the course you want to apply for, make sure that this time you're only choosing course you want to pursue, see if this helps.
