I have so much interest in technology (especially in smartphone) in which engineering field should I go ??? I'm good at study (90+%)...

You can take CS in engineering so as to get job in mobile company or in any smartphone mobile company. Many big companies such as Google, Samsung, Nokia, Microsoft companies pick from there if you have enough knowledge.

At first you have to do B.Tech in some engineering course like that Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Computer Science. After the B.Tech couse, you can select your preferred stream in M.Tech, In M.Tech, You can choose, Cloud computing, Internet security, CAD, CAM, Mobile Computing etc.
