Government and private colleges allow admission for sports under the sports quota if you have achieved in state or national sports. If you want to play, you need to fulfil the required achievement level, sport rules and college expectations. Good state or national level scores can often ensure you get bonus seats or advantages during college admission.
You should contact the colleges you want to attend, because every college has different rules for sports quota admissions. During counselling, you could be required to participate in trials or hand over your sports certificates.
