your question is a bit confusing and not understandable even. If you could make it a bit more clear then that would be great.
Generaly, when your studies are from one state and you are joinng in another state for higher studies, they have open state. And there is no problem from where you hace come from still some exceptions are there.
Details will change so will the address. So it not about worrying. Give your accurate details with proper address during your admission.
