I have studied in bp poddar for the first year after that if i give jelet and get cse in ju . Is that possible??

No the criteria for jelet is

The candidate must hold a Diploma in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 45% marks (SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, and PwD candidates need 40%) or equivalent CGPA.
So you can't give jelet after first year
