hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that at the time of counselling ,be present with the latest income certificate so if they ask for it you can authentic it and write a apollogy letter for uploading old certificate . Dont need to worry at all , if you wont be able to get the latest certificate ,then ask for time extension from them they will grant extension for sure
