i have submitted my original 12th tc and migration certificate to my university in banglore. do they have any rights to retain those original documents with them and not give me my documents?

Hello aspirant,
You not need to worry about this as college take the original TC and Migration certificate of students and return them back after completion of your undergraduate and postgraduate degree. This is normal as college in our country submit these documents with themselves.
