Your community certificate should be maximum size of 800kb in JPG/JPEG/PDF format and saved as Community cetificate. If you think it was not uploaded in the prescribed format, please write to them at jipmermbbsentrance2019@gmail.com.
They will guide you because JIPMER has no correction window.
