Hey there,

Since you paid the annual subscription on 17 June 2026 and still have not received the magazine, you should contact the publisher with your subscription/order number and payment receipt and request immediate dispatch or a refund. If they do not resolve it, you can approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1915.
