i have taken addmission in nios(april) and i have not recieved my books

The books usually arrives within 3 months of admission, if you've applied through a consultant. But, if you're applying directly via NIOS website or by visiting their branch yourself, then there are chances that you will never receive the books. Because mostly, these institutions receive an enormous amount of admission applications. Hence, sometimes they're not able to manage to courier the study materials to all the applicants. But on the other hand, if you apply through a local education consultancy, they keep these books in stores and may also provide the books on the same month of registration. But you can also get the keys of the respective subjects youve registered for, from your nearby stationary shop in case you're in hurry to start your studies.
The confirmation of admission is not necessary for the books, the dispatching unit will send the books after a successful payment.
If you didn't receive the books, I suggest you to drop an email to Isc@nios.ac.in with your reference number, full name and address or call them at 1800 180 9393 (Toll Free).
