i have to completed my intermediate with 60%in ap open school bord can i aply emcet or jee mains

So for EAMCET, there is no minimum marks required. If you have passed your 12th from a recognized board, you can apply for EAMCET.
But for JEE Mains, you are not eligible as the minimum marks must be 75% or more in your 12th class with PCM. (65% for SC/ST)
