If you have not edited or corrected it before you can edit it now. I persume that your question relates to JEE (Main) Application correction which opened on 9th and closes on 22nd of this month. Please note that you can edit your application only once. So, take a print out, go through it carefully, edit it manually, verify it and then only do the updation in the online mode. Best of luck!
