I have to edit my bistat counselling form for btech integrated course ( maths) . Is there any chance will be given to me to edit it.

Hi Tushar ! Yes I think there is a chance for you to edit it. For this you just need to talk with college authority or contact the college through website help line number. Similar case happened with my friend, and he was allowed to do so for he talked to college authorities. So best of luck to you.
