I have to remove discrepancy in my uploaded photograph but it doesn't able to click on edit photograph option, so is it not activated yet

You can only edit your photo if you have received the message from the CBSE regarding discrepancy in the photograph.

In order to edit you have to login into your account with your JEE Main application number and password.
