I have uploaded a photograph for neet mds without name and date on it and I have exhausted my edit option as well. Will I be intimated if my photo needs to be changed ? and this will not cause rejection of my form right ?

you don't need to worry. there is no mention of date and name should be in photograph on application form. follow the below link to know more details:

thank you for replying, for neet mds on the instructions page it was mentioned to add the name and date, but due to my error I haven't , still that will not be a problem right ? and if it's not by guidelines will they ask me to change it ?

Its mandatory to caption photo with name and date, I had called NBE helpdesk regarding the same.
