i have uploaded declaration in lieu of obc ncl certificate as in the information brochures mention we can upload new certificate on the web portal before 26 sept but there is no option on the official site

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to upload a new certificate of obc in the form .
I would like to tell you that if you are unable to see the option for uploading the new certificate that means the conducting body has not uploaded that option to upload a new certificate.
So you need not worry ,they will surely upload
