Good Evening aspirant !!
I hope you are fine. See , don't be feel panic. You still have a chance to do good in your career. As per your query , if you drop your year for the jee mains and you feel that you need the help of teachers for teaching as your concepts are not clear. Then take a coaching for the preparation for jee mains and advanced. They will provide you the notes , content and also give the guidance so that you will become clear for the preparation. Take demo classes of several coachings and after that observe who will teach the conceptual things. Then get into it. But always remember one thing , self study is also important for any competitive exam. So , try to give more hours yourself to the studies and be consistent.
I hope your doubt is clear now.
All the best !!
