Dear Gouri, no you won't be able to make changes in this the Testing City once the payment is done. There are few details which are not editable even during the correction window. One of them is Testing City. Below are the details which are not editable -

1. Name

2. Phone number

3. Email address

4. Testing City

5. Gender

6. Date of Birth

7. Nationality

8. Category of Candidate

So think before making payment as it will be unaltered in the end.
